Some quick facts about Fenix! Fenix began in 2009, and is named for the mythological bird that was reborn from its own ashes. During these 12 years, we have served over 9,500 patients. In addition, we have provided health education and female empowerment to over 2,000 people in the community. Fenix provides all of these services at a cost that is 75% lower than the other providers in our area.

We want to welcome Michael! He joined us this Monday as our new medical assistant. Michael recently moved from New York City where he loved working with children. Michael is originally from the Dominican Republic where he received MD training, and we are so lucky to have him at Fenix!

Fenix is here for the Highland Park and Highwood communities as we cope with the trauma of the tragic attack on July 4th. We’re offering free mental health services at the clinic, and visit the link in our bio for resources on coping with trauma and loss.
