Our driving force is to improve emotional health and wellbeing for Latinx communities across our state and beyond. We do this by working alongside community leaders and traditional health workers, creating safe healing spaces, culturally-rooted community engagement practices, training and education, direct clinical services, and expert consultation on culturally responsive clinical practice and system change. Seek out moments of tranquility by taking a leisurely walk, experimenting with a new dish, or engaging in meditation whenever possible. Prioritizing self-care enables you to be more present with your loved ones throughout the festive season. Project Access NOW works to remove barriers to healthcare and connect people to essential services, while Raíces de Bienestar provides culturally specific mental health support for Latine communities - work that goes hand in hand.

Both organizations are pivoting to meet people where they are—offering telehealth sessions and navigation services to help ease stress and uncertainty.
