One year old this week 🎂🥳🦶🦶

I would like to thank all my lovely new clients, and the ones who have continued coming since their case studies for keeping me busy over the past 12 months and trusting me in their health and well being journey.

It is daunting starting anything new But with a sprinkle of bravery , confidence in my clinical level 5 training and support from family, I‘m still here and looking forward to my second year. bring it on😊🎉.
