We Are Hiring

Liberty Regional Medical Center seeks a Director of Nursing for Coastal Manor Nursing Home. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing the Long-Term Care Department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Responsibilities include overseeing medical services for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, as well as supervising skilled personnel. The position reports to the Chief Long Term Care Officer.

Qualifications:
- Minimum level of Education: Education level equivalent to completion of a Registered Nurse Program or Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred.
- Formal Training: Clinical competence in nursing required.
- Licensure, Certifications & Registration: Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Georgia; BLS certification required.
- Work Experience: Advanced technical nursing skills. Intermediate knowledge of the nursing process. Basic computer skills. Long-term care management experience preferred.

Nicole Dutton – Andrews, NP

Nicole Dutton-Andrews is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master's of Science Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in family medicine from South University in Savannah GA, and is board certified by the ANCC.

Nicole Dutton-Andrews has been in healthcare for nearly twenty years. Her experience spans multiple settings including family practice, inpatient hospice, ICU, telemetry, stepdown, and management. Her entire practice has been focused on small communities in rural areas. Nicole was born and raised in South Georgia and feels a sense of pride caring for people right here at home.

This Halloween, the Coastal Manor team brought the spooky spirit right to our residents’ doors! 🎃👻

Our staff traded their scrubs for costumes and went reverse trick-or-treating—spreading smiles, laughter, and sweet treats room to room. Instead of little ghosts and goblins knocking on doors, our residents got to sit back, relax, and enjoy the fun as candy and cheer came to them! 🍬✨

It was a day filled with joy, giggles, and a whole lot of Halloween magic at Coastal Manor!
