Diversity Health Center Diversity Health Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization in the state of Georgia. We provide primar We provide primary health care to the entire family.

We accept all major insurances such as Tricare, Medicaid & Medicare. Diversity Health Center (DHC) provides service to the uninsured on a sliding scale based on their income. We are able to serve anyone regardless of age, income, health insurance, place of residence or the ability to pay.
