If you enjoy the community and movement of Pilates and want to continue building strength, but low back pain or tightness has made you worried about injury or long-term issues, this series was designed specifically for you.
Over the next several weeks, Dr. Bill will be sharing short, easy-to-follow videos focused on improving lower back health and resiliency. These videos will show you how to prepare your spine before Pilates, and how to identify, manage, and help prevent low back discomfort so you can stay strong and keep doing what you love.
This video series will conclude with an in-person workshop at Clearly Reformer Pilates in La Grange on Satrurday, April 25th at 1:30-2:30pm, where you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding and apply these techniques with expert guidance from your favorite Clearly instructors as well as Dr. Bill.
