The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports that more than 33,000 people in Hamilton County will see premiums rise by almost 40%. For many families that is just not affordable.

This week alone we have already had several people reach out saying they can no longer keep up with their insurance and want to know how our clinic, pharmacy, and imaging center work outside of that system.

Today Dr. Ewing apologized to a patient for “making her wait.”
Here is the funny part… she had only been in the waiting room for two minutes, and it was still one minute before her actual appointment time.

That kind of moment says a lot about how we do things here. At most doctor’s offices, waiting 30, 45, or even 60 minutes past your scheduled time feels normal. In our practice, waiting at all feels unusual.

We keep our patient panels smaller and our schedules open enough so that you are seen on time, in an unhurried visit, without crowded waiting rooms.
