Aquí estaba pensando en algo de motivación para estas fotos pero que más qué, recordar por el proceso que e pasado. En la foto de la Izquiera ⬅️ (2017) estaba en la academia de Policía y mi niña tenía apenas 1 año, solo hacía cardio y un poco de ejercicio, pues me estaba preparando para la academia y el examen físico ( long story short) Aquí duraba 1 hora haciendo cardio y llevaba una (dieta ) más no un estilo de vida….. Casi no levantaba peso, pues mi pensamiento era que no me quería ver como hombre 😅 y para que ??? Decía !! haha mentalidad que me hicieron creer . .. . . . . . . .

Empecé poco a poco a levantar más peso, y sin darme cuenta ya estaba más fuerte, no me dolía mi rodilla😊 y mis piernas estaban más fuertes, me puse metas a corto y largo plazo y empeze a cambiar mi manera de ver el Fitness💖 era lo que realmente me estaba gustando.
Esta jornada ha sido difícil sobre todo cuando somos mamás, pero hoy puedo decir que a valido la pena.
Todo empezó por querer verme bien y sobre todo sentirme mejor, y hoy ver mi progreso,
y todo fue que tomara determinación y me enamorara cada vez más del cambio💗…
Esta es tu señal✨si yo pude tú también …………………..

Here I was thinking of some motivation for these photos but what more than that, remembering the process that I have gone through. In the photo on the Left ⬅️ (2017) I was in the Police academy and my girl was barely 1 year old, I only did cardio and a little exercise, because I was preparing for the academy and the physical exam (long story short) Here It lasted 1 hour doing cardio and I had a (diet) but not a lifestyle... I hardly lifted weight, because my thought was that I didn't want to see myself as a man 😅 and for what??? He said !! haha mentality that they made me believe. .. . . . . . . This journey has been difficult, especially when we are mothers, but today I can say that it was worth it.
It all started with wanting to look good and above all feel better, and today to see my progress,
and it was all about making determination and falling more and more in love with change💗...
This is your sign ✨if I could do it you too…..
