We don't just send you a caregiver from a database, instead we get to know your family better and conduct a personalized search based on your family’s specific needs, family dynamics and personalities. All of our nannies & babysitters go through a stringent screening process but it doesn't stop there. Each candidate is tailored specifically for your families unique needs. We are there through the matching process as well as throughout your partnership. In addition, one of our caregiver-experts will visit monthly to make sure the caregiver is providing the best care and fulfilling the needs of your child. This expert will discuss the progress of the child with the parents and provide advice to the caregiver and parents on how best to take care of your child. Our combined experience as mothers, business women, former nannies, preschool teachers and having had in-home care ourselves, helps us make a connection with you that will last.
