✨ Thai Yoga Bodywork ✨

Thai Yoga Bodywork is a healing blend of deep pressure, guided gentle movement, assisted stretching, and relaxation techniques. Each session is customized and aimed to target pain, muscle tension and built up stress in the body. Clients can expect a relaxing environment with sessions completed fully clothed on a Thai Yoga mat with this head to toe bodywork approach. Benefits include increased flexibility, pain relief, reduced muscle tension, improved lymphatic flow and deep relaxation.

🌿120 minutes = $120

*Pricing currently set at a student rate as hours towards certification are accrued. Prices will increase at time of certification.

On this last day of January, I hope you can find time for stillness. I hope you take the time to feel the stillness in the brisk air and tune into natures rhythm of slowing down and turning inward to see what it is you need most. Each day is a little longer, each day a little closer to the promise of spring. But for now, take a moment to feel the frigid breeze, listen to the crunching snow, and be present exactly where you are. Welcome in 2025 with gratitude for the lessons each season brings.

I am looking forward to continue serving my beautiful clients I have had the pleasure to cross paths with and to meeting many more over the next year!

🎉 Time for a reintroduction! 🎉

I am Lorraine, a mom of 2 little loves and two pups, married to the love of my life. I have a passion for learning and growing and helping others do the same.

I started my journey perusing my doctorate in physical therapy and have built my career and continue to love this calling, recently becoming board certified as a Geriatric Certified Specialist. I love to help my patients strengthen their muscles, build their confidence and get back to the things they love ❤️

My passion for helping others has stretched beyond my career and with personal growth I fell in love with the world of energy work. My personal experience with Integrated Energy Therapy opened a new world of possibilities. In 2018 I became certified in Integrated Energy Therapy after experiencing my own transformations with IET, knowing I was called to share this gift with others.

After a few years of practicing IET my thirst for new tools to help others grew and I became certified in the Akashic Records.

Following a once in a lifetime trip, I found a place where my two worlds collided in Thai Yoga Bodywork. The beauty of bringing physical support for the body with my PT background along with holding space for the client energetically just made sense and now I continue on my path of growth towards certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork.

In April I had the honor of traveling to Thailand for a family wedding. During my time there, I got to experience the beauty of a Thai Yoga Massage which was the best combination of relaxation, massage and stretching!

When this course was shared with me there was no question if I was going to do it! This past weekend I spend time with some of the greatest souls learning from one of the best in the field.

Excited to announce I will soon be adding Thai Yoga Bodywork to my services at a student rate as I work towards certification ✨

The last three days were spent in the company of some beautiful souls. We all gathered from near and far to Tamaras sweet little Pure Zen Yoga & Wellness studio in Woodstock, NB to learn from the Thai Yoga master himself; Shai Plonski.

My heart is full of so much love and gratitude for this experience and for the two amazing souls I traveled over with; Lindāyurveda and Graceful Healing with Lorraine. ❤️

✨ Welcome 2023 ✨

It’s a new year, but there’s no need for a “new you”

Do you deserve more? Yes
Do you deserve happiness? Of course!
Do you deserve to heal? Absolutely!

You deserve to put yourself first and I’m here to help. 2022 was a year of personal growth and going inward for me, but it has allowed me to begin this year showing up for you to best help you on your journey.

✨To begin the year, things will look a little different but I look forward to the new growth for Graceful Healing ✨

- New this year I will be offering once a month in person sessions in Presque Isle.I will be in Presque Isle Saturday, January 7th and have availability for a couple more sessions, message me to book a spot! I will be future posting dates and availability. I look forward to reconnecting with those I’ve worked with in the past and meeting new faces!

- I am now offering Akashic records sessions via zoom by request. I will be posting more about working in the records and how it can support your healing journey.

- I will continue to offer distant IET sessions as I have been offering, please reach out to schedule.
