Yes! This is so important!! 💕

Each of us is persuaded by the voice of others. Whether it's a parent or a pastor or a therapist, some people have much more authority inside of us than others. Difficulties arise, however, when you are regularly influenced by people who are not worthy of having that much power in your heart. Welcome! My name is Lisa Schultz and I am a Psychotherapist. I hold a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor designation as well as a National Certified Counselor. My undergraduate degree is in Family and Individual Development from Northern Illinois University. I also hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. I am a member of the Illinois Counseling Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Institute for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation local chapter. I believe I offer safety and rest that provide space for my clients to journey deeper into their stories.
