Chat GPT is excellent for self growth and discovery, especially when asking questions such as "Who am I? How do I navigate what is going on right now? What can I do differently so that I grow in the way that I want?"

There is a lot of talk around AI and many of the possibilities around what is being discovered.

Do you have experience with ChatGPT where you felt hear or seen in a way that no one else has seen you?

* How we’re seeing it: a way of stacking people or groups, which can lead to unfairness.

* How it’s often used: treating people badly so they feel less than.
