Our Mystery Trip kept everyone guessing… and it did not disappoint! 🚍

We headed to Ann Arbor for a day full of surprises—starting at the Sindecuse Museum of Dentistry. From early dental tools to today’s advancements, it was a really unique and interesting experience

Next, we made our way to the Michigan Firehouse Museum, where residents stepped inside a historic firehouse and checked out antique fire trucks and equipment.

We’re looking forward to more outings like this as the warmer days roll in!

Today we welcomed Tom Bradley from the Highland Bagpipe Program. With our auditorium right here at Freedom Village we’re able to host a variety of wonderful performances for residents to enjoy without leaving home.

Tom has played the bagpipe for over forty years and shared a presentation by playing a number of tunes, talking about the mystery of pipes, the pipers' uniform and a number of experiences such as playing for the funeral of Betty Ford and at the Capitol for the president.
