The magic of The Healing Herd lives in the little moments ✨

We had a great afternoon filled with connection & movement✨ We started with baby & me yoga lead by , followed by a stroll downtown to visit our friends and ! We love this community ❤️

One year ago, The Herd opened its doors with one simple mission — to make sure no mom ever feels alone. 💛
In just one year, we’ve built a community full of laughter, tears, friendships, and so much love.
Thank you to every parent, supporter and, of course, those cute babies (🥰) who have made The Herd what it is today — a true village. Here’s to year two! 🥂🐘🎉

We have received some inquiries about starting another Postpartum Support Group — The Healing Herd.

We currently have 2 groups in session that are full and would love to start a 3rd group to bring more support to all of you!

We need at least 5 moms to start our next group and will max it out at 8-10.

Each 6-week session includes:
💛 Unlimited access to our classes & drop-ins (Baby & Me Yoga, Music, Strength, Sensory Play & more!)
💛 Guest speakers & Q&A sessions with postpartum specialists (nutrition, sleep, pelvic floor, etc.)
💛 A welcoming space for all moms — first-time or not, thriving or struggling — to feel seen, heard, and supported.
