THE STANDARD. Strong teams are stacked with high performers. We are building a business, not mediocrity. At ALP, we hold each other accountable but we also celebrate the wins. I’m proud of all our people, the work they put in daily and what they are able to accomplish together. It is truly remarkable. I know we are working on something bigger than us….the people we serve and their goals and their dreams.

I messaged our team this past Wednesday: “Never confuse our checking all these details, errors and what might seem like nitpicking for the standard ALP has. We work daily towards the standard that was set in January 2020. We can’t deviate from it. It’s a non-negotiable in this type of business. I hope you all understand. I’m reminded daily of why we do what we do when we are with our kiddos and the gifts we have. I want to be a great steward of what God has given us. We are not perfect and are figuring this out as we go and grow. We appreciate you all and wish the absolute best for your families. Be great today! If you need anything, please let us know.”

✨Our March Spotlight is on the and the impact it is having on the lives of others through random acts of kindness Our partnership with Lindsey, Brett and the foundation is super special and mostly behind the scenes. All the custom items you see around town are custom designed and printed to help celebrate the life of Tarver. From apparel, wristbands, license plates, hats and more, Tarver’s memory is leaving footprints all over NELA and beyond. Since 2024, we have worked alongside the foundation to help them grow, lift people up and love them where they are. We love this family and they remind us daily that we are not in the print business. We are in the people business to make an impact wherever we can.

We want to recognize the incredible Women in Construction team from Turner Construction Company working at the Richland Parish Data Center site. We were proud to provide dozens of these custom 40oz laser engraved hydro jugs for the crew helping build this major project for our region.

WELCOME, SEVENTH SQUARE COFFEE!

Please join us in welcoming Seventh Square Coffee as our newest local business partner! If you haven't visited yet, they roast their own coffee and it's in a great spot in West Monroe.
