Our Dinner Club theme for the month was Carnivale, introducing us to flavors from around the world. Since it coincided with St. Patrick's Day, our residents were treated to two special culinary experiences: featuring Corned Beef and Cabbage for St. Patrick's Day, and then Chicken Gumbo soup, One-Pot Spicy Shrimp with white beans, and creamy mashed cornmeal patties with tri-colored vegetables for our Dinner Club themed meal. We certainly enjoyed the delicious flavors along with some dancing from around the world. 🌎🍴🍲🎭💃

Despite the rain failing to subside today, hindering our carnival game plans, we still made some cotton candy and enjoyed our last day of St.Patricks Day Bingo before we switch over to Spring themed Bingo! Fortune smiled upon us as Ace Ace Casino arrived a day earlier than scheduled, affording us the opportunity to play some Blackjack!! We had a few lucky ladies!!🍀🤑🎰🃏
