Once that flow is re-established, the body's soft tissues: muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments, begin to relax and lengthen, allowing to expand our spiritual potential, and creating a deep sense of calm and peace. Meditation or contemplation involves focusing the attention in order to increase awareness of the present moment, induce deep calm, reduce anxiety, promote personal development, and further a sense of "oneness". "The human body is like a musical instrument,
learn how to play it properly. And the rhythm of the two, mind & body,
make the feel you want."
