The spirit of harvest and thanksgiving come alive with festivals like Pongal in Tamil Nadu, Makar Sankranti in North India, Lohri in Punjab, Uttarayan in Gujarat and Rajsthan, and Bishu in Eastern India. These festivals in January mark the sun’s transition into the northern hemisphere and are celebrated enthusiastically.

Starting your day is not just about eating a heavy breakfast. The smallest remedy like infused water or soaked nuts or even fruit and help you start your day right. What’s your go-to?

3 golden rules to start your day:

1. Eat your nourishing food within 30 min of waking up.

2. Don’t consume tea, coffee, or any stimulant as your first meal.
