You may have stumbled across my profile, randomly SO I wanted to give you more of an idea of WHO I AM! My name is Lissa Mauksch, I am a wife to my wonderful husband Paul and the fur-mama to Chubbs. These 2 boys are my world! I love to spend time with family, lounge around my pool, and play volleyball whenever I can. I am a career-chic who is climbing the corporate ladder and travels often for my job. I am also spend my free time motivating others in health and fitness, and it has been the missing piece my life was craving. I worked so hard over the past 8 years to get my career going, that I forgot to take care of myself first and let my health get so out of hand. I had no energy, no portion control and was overweight. I was hungry all the time, always rushing around and made poor choices. So I decided to try something I had never done before and I was BLOWN AWAY by what it taught me. I had NO CLUE what a correct portion was, and I was so disillusioned at what I thought were "healthy" foods, but was actually marketing ploys! I have learned so much and am now more proud, healthier and happier. I am a better woman, wife, and example to others. And I am STILL on my journey, each day getting stronger both physically and mentally! :)

I decided to help others to help them get their health back as well. I started helping others get into an accountability group with workouts they can do at home and simple meal plans they can follow and I committed to being their online accountability buddy. I have now watched many lose 20, 30, 40+ lbs and feel so great about their health! It is amazing to help others and along the way help myself and my family more too! I just finished a 21 day nutrition reset - a challenge for myself mentally & emotionally, which is so different than my normal physical challenges 🏋🏼‍♀️
I needed it. My nutrition was slacking, I was struggling in my workouts and my motivation was shot. ——> enter, RESET.
This was exactly what I needed in September. And I am so thrilled with my results. Do you want to hear them? 🤗
⬇️⬇️⬇️ 16.5 inches
⬇️⬇️⬇️ 14.1 lbs
I am 3 lbs away from a weight I haven’t seen in YEARS 🤯🤯🤯
Here is the thing:
I workout consistently.
But workouts were NOT getting me these kind of results. And although my nutrition is good most of the time, I knew I needed to buckle it down and see some real results. I have worked hard to build muscle, and I want to see it!!

I caught myself checking out my body today after my workout as I waited for the shower to warmup. I find myself doing that a lot lately & even on days like today when I’m on my period - I like what I see.

This body wasn’t made by some fad diet that got me skinny quick but left me feeling flabby

This body was created from a daily commitment to working out. Over time. To pushing myself to heavier weights, more pushups, longer planks. New workouts that stretch my body & my mind.

And that’s the only way you can stand naked in front of a mirror & not beat yourself up - by knowing you did the work. Physically AND mentally.

This body isn’t built on sand. I’m not afraid that some storm is going to come in & take it all away. This body is built on effin bricks, baby. Laid one day at a time, strengthened by the bonds of my fit club community - cause on those days that I am feeling weak, THEY lift me up. THEY push me. And I am better because of it.

My fit club is getting ready to take on another challenge, and YOU are invited to join us.
