Why an indoor sound bath can be especially supportive:
• Beginner meditators
An indoor environment offers fewer distractions, making it easier to relax, settle the mind, and feel comfortable receiving sound for the first time.
• People who are easily distracted
Without wind, passing noises, or visual movement, the nervous system can stay focused and grounded, allowing sound to be received more fully.
• To feel the vibrations more
In an enclosed space, sound waves reflect and circulate, creating stronger and more consistent vibrations that the body can feel more deeply.
• To feel protected and in an intimate environment
Indoor sound baths create a sense of safety and containment, helping the body soften, let go, and enter a deeper state of rest and regulation.
My next indoor event is this Sunday, January 25th, at 5 pm at Bohdi Tree Meditation Center. I chose this location because it's spacious and perfectly quiet, perfect for a Sound Bath. Please register here: https://f.mtr.cool/scxbzjiaje
If this doesn't work, my last community event for January 2026 is a Full Moon Sound Bath, on Saturday, January 31st at 5:30 at a private residency in front of the ocean. Here we will enjoy the healing energy of the ocean and trees while being in a very private and exclusive place only for 10 people. So far, I only have 8 spots left. For February, I'm preparing something unique: A Valentine's Sound Bath for couples. A heart-centered sound bath for couples, best friends, and soul connections. I'm working on having it available on my website https://f.mtr.cool/sktnmplxzm but if you want to choose your preferred date and time now, before someone else takes it, please email me at aloha@harmonysoundhealinghonolulu.com
