One of the best ways to combat stress is to get a schedule. You do not have to start with something very elaborate. First, do a rough of all you have to do for the day and then write the time you'll want to have accomplished them.

When the day is over
✔Tick off the ones you performed well and be happy about it
❌ Don't dwell so much on what you didn't accomplish, instead determine to try again
✔Determine to seek help from others nicely.
✔Have Peace and plan for the next

This will help you reduce anxiety or stress and be better coordinated for the next day

Fact:?
Diabetes can cause a range of health complications if left unmanaged. One of the complications of diabetes is diabetic retinopathy, which is a condition that can lead to blindness.

However, diabetes will not necessarily lead to blindness if it is properly managed and treated. Here are some ways to manage it:

•Regular eye exams
•Maintaining good blood sugar control
•Using treatment options available for diabetic retinopathy to slow or stop further vision loss.
•Lifestyle modifications such as regular exercise, a healthy diet, and not smoking can also help prevent diabetic retinopathy

Finally, several studies have shown that diabetes can affect your vision and kidney function, and can as well lead to amputation; however, when your blood sugars are properly managed, you greatly reduce your chances of getting these complications

Here is a simple recipe to suit your dietary needs with zero cholesterol, 9g carbohydrates, 3g dietary fiber, 5g sugar, and 2g protein.

⏰Time: 35 minutes

🥘servings: 4 - 6

What you'll need
3 small beets, peeled and thinly sliced
3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
salt, to taste
¼ cup pecans, toasted and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped

Preparation method

1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
2. Mix all ingredients, except the tarragon and pecans.
3. Layer the sliced beets and carrots on a roasting pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Roast for 25 minutes, turn￾ing occasionally.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with pecans and tarragon before serving.

½-cup per serving:
77 calories, 4g fat (0.4g saturated fat), 0mg cholesterol, 225mg sodium, 9g carbohydrates, 3g dietary fiber, 5g sugar, 2g protein

You can rely on these fruits for low sugar and high vitamins

-Apples
Never leave out apples in your shopping list, they are a good source of fiber and vitamin C that can regulate blood sugar levels. PS. The firmer the apple, the better.

-Citrus Fruits
Easily found and good for you. Oranges, grapefruits, and lemons are low in sugar and high in vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants. If you want to improve insulin sensitivity and lower the risk of heart disease, then add this to your meal frequency.

-Pears
Here's another good one, but you should take it in moderate sizes. Pears are a good source of Fiber and Vitamin C and they have a low glycemic index which means a minal effect on your blood sugar
