Lemongrass Harvest today.
I encourage my backyard lemongrass plant to thrive by harvesting its leaves on a regular basis. During summer time, it grows healthy leaves that I boil to make a healthy beverage.

A did a 20-minute walk on the sand today.
Hickham Beach is great for sand grounding. Also called "earthing," walking barefoot on the sand allows me to connect with the earth and experience a deeper sense of grounding and presence.
