Learning doesn’t have to feel like pressure.
It can feel like play.

I didn’t fall in love with paddleboarding because I was instantly good at it.

I fell in love because it kept inviting me to learn new ways to move, breathe, and be with the ocean.

Indoor SUP yoga.
Balance drills on dry land.
Practicing falling safely.
Exploring new edges without rushing mastery.

Learning became my way back to confidence 🌊 not proving, just practicing.

🌕 This month, I’m honoring love for learning.
Because every time we stay curious instead of critical, we give ourselves permission to grow.

✨ If this reminded you that learning gets to be joyful, save it for later or share it with someone who thinks they have to be ‘ready’ first.

ready for more drop FEARLESS ⬇️

✨ You’re allowed to be a beginner again.
You’re allowed to enjoy the process.

You don’t have to hustle to honor her.
You don’t have to sweat to mean it.
You don’t have to be “ready” to return.

Sometimes, the most sacred form of self-love…
is letting your body move the way she’s asking to.

Not to change her.
Not to control her.
But to connect.

Today, I moved for joy 🤩 not for calories.
I moved to listen, not to lead.

🌕 May this be your permission to let movement feel like love again.

✨ Save this if you’ve ever felt shame around “not doing enough.”
She’s not lazy. She’s tired. And she’s brilliant.

Self-love isn’t bubble baths and affirmations you forget by noon.
It’s something much simpler, and braver.

It’s checking in with your body every single day and asking:
What do you need from me right now?

Not pushing past fear.
Not judging yourself for feeling it.
But listening… and responding with respect.

That’s how fear loosens its grip.
That’s how confidence becomes embodied 🌊 not forced.

When you build a habit of honoring yourself in small moments,
being fearless in big moments stops feeling impossible.

The ocean teaches this every day.
It listens before it moves 🌊 ✨ If this resonated, pause today and ask your body what it needs. That’s where fearlessness begins.

💬 Drop a 🌊 if you’re practicing deeper self-love this month.

Found a beach that made me stop mid-step and think…
ohhh yeah… this would be magic for SUP yoga.

Calm water.
Grounded energy.
The kind of place your nervous system would thank you for.

Not saying anything yet 👀
But there are some really aligned conversations happening behind the scenes, and let’s just say… 2026 is already feeling very interesting.

I’ll share more when the tide is right 🌊

💬 Would you take a class here? Yes or YES?

01/18/2026

I haven’t really talked about this here yet… but we’ve officially settled into Hawaiʻi 🌺

My mom was here for almost four weeks, my brothers spent Christmas with us, and honestly… my heart needed that more than I realized. Family, slow mornings, watching my people fall in love with this place the way I already have.

At the same time, real talk 🌊 being back in the States means I’m navigating the logistics of getting permission to resume teaching on base. And whew… that part has been a lesson in patience. Networking, conversations, leads, waiting. Trusting that what’s meant to open will open 🧜🏽‍♀️ in the right timing.

So in the meantime, I’ve been pouring myself into something that’s been lighting me up in a totally different way 🧜🏽‍♀️ helping women wellness entrepreneurs learn how to leverage AI without losing their soul. I just wrapped a wild 4-day AI business summit, and my brain was FULL.

Which is why today, instead of forcing content, I took my lunch to the beach.

I sat there watching the water move 🌊 steady, powerful, unbothered 🧜🏽‍♀️ and all I could think was…
this would be such a beautiful place for SUP yoga.

Not as a plan.
Not as a timeline.
Just as a reminder.

That even when things feel paused… the vision isn’t gone.
It’s just waiting for the tide.

If you’re in a season where some doors are still figuring themselves out, you’re not behind. You’re being positioned.

The ocean has taught me that over and over again 🌊🧜‍♀️

💬 Tell me, are you in a “waiting, building, or dreaming” season right now?

You don’t wake up wanting to be fearless.
You wake up tired of shrinking.

First comes the ache.
Then the whisper.
Then that quiet moment when you realize staying small hurts more than trying.

I’m curious, gorgeous mermaid… where are you feeling that nudge right now?

Breaking the scroll. Shattering the box. Claiming the next wave. 🧜‍♀️✨

I’m not posting my way into 2026 — I’m stepping out of the timeline and into real momentum.
Less noise. More purpose. Fewer algorithms deciding my worth. More aligned action deciding my future.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to fit inside the feed to be seen.
You get to build beyond it.

Leaving 2025 with gratitude.
Stepping into 2026 bold, embodied, and unapologetically PHAT & Fabulous 💥🌊

Sending Christmas love to every heart today 🧜‍♀️✨ May this season remind us that joy lives in connection, kindness, and showing up as we are…no perfection required.

Please please please 🙏🏽 do your ocean 🌊 risk management before going into the water!

Being back in Hawai’i has been beautiful 🤩 but I was quickly reminded how powerful the water is out here the first week just people watching and seeing families do very risky activities even on the shore break

First responders and Ocean Safety officials are giving a tragic reminder about the power of the ocean after three people drowned in Hawaii waters over the weekend.

SUP Teaches you Strength and Balance in Water

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the fastest growing water sport in the world. What better place to enjoy the experience than in paradise. Okinawa offers beautiful scenery and cool waters to enjoy this nautical experience.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a low impact sport that strengthens the core, tones the muscles, and lets you work on your balance. SUP has numerous healing aspects. It allows you to surround yourself in nature, clear the mind, and be in the present. Let me help you discover your mermaid legs by choosing from either a beginner lesson to learn the basics and explore Okinawa from another perspective. Or you can take your fitness to another level and burn as many calories as with running with less impact on your joints with a SUP Fitness class.

In addition to SUP I am now offering Hatha Flow Yoga classes in a Private Studio and as well as offering Rooftop yoga classes (weather permitting). Whether you’re a beginner, new to yoga, returning to practice after time away, wanting to strengthen and build stability, or just ready for a new Adventure - PHAT Mermaids has a class for you!
