Today I got back on the water.
And then I taught yoga for the first time since October.
Honestly? It was a little flumsy. My hands forgot where they were going. My cues came out sideways. And my heart was beating so loud I could almost hear it over the ocean.
But here’s what I remembered standing out there:
You don’t lose it. You just need to meet yourself where you are today 🧜🏽♀️ not where you were six months ago.
Teaching is like paddleboarding. You WILL fall. You WILL wobble. And the whole point is that you get back up anyway.
This is me, getting back up.
