This patient required revision surgery to remove a ruptured implant and replace both for symmetry using SMPX 325cc implants bilaterally.

• Saline implant deflation requires surgical replacement
• Silicone implant rupture requires implant exchange plus capsulectomy (removal of scar tissue surrounding the implant)
