GLP-1 medications like Wegovy and Zepbound are getting a lot of attention right now, but access and cost can still be a major barrier for many people.

At Compass of Hope, we’ve created a weight management program that makes these treatments more accessible while still focusing on long-term wellness.

This isn’t a “quick-prescription-and-send-you-on-your-way” approach.

Every client in the program meets with us twice a month so we can track progress, talk through nutrition and lifestyle habits, and make adjustments that support lasting results.

For clients without insurance, we offer a self-pay program that includes both medication and visits in a simple monthly structure.

One of the most powerful parts of this program is seeing the full transformation that can happen rather than just weight loss. We see improvements in confidence, mental health, and overall wellbeing.

For many people, having the right support, structure, and medical guidance can make all the difference.

If you’re curious whether a GLP-1 program could be right for you, we’re here to help you explore your options. Contact Compass of Hope to learn more about our Psychiatric Weight Management Program.

Many kids want friends but don’t always know how to build or keep those friendships.

Maybe your child is shy when joining games, struggles to share or take turns, or feels overwhelmed when big emotions come up during play.

These skills don’t always come naturally … and that’s okay! They can absolutely be learned.

Buddy Builders Club is a small, supportive therapy group designed to help kids ages 6–10 practice the social and emotional skills that help friendships grow.

Through games, activities, and guided conversations, kids get a chance to build confidence in social situations while learning how to connect with others in a positive way.

The group is led by intern therapists Ala Mohammad and Brittany Shute, who create a fun, structured environment where kids can practice these skills in real time.

Change doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen to you. It happens within you, through the choices you make every day. 🧘‍♂️🌱

Showing up for yourself and starting therapy is a powerful first step. It’s brave. It matters. 🤍

But the real change happens between sessions, in the moments when you pause, reflect, set boundaries, communicate differently, and apply what you’re learning in real life.

Therapy gives you the tools; you create the change.

And you don’t have to do it alone 👉 schedule your appointment today at the link in our bio.
