December roads can be tricky!
Rain, snow, ice, and earlier dark evenings mean we all should look out for each other.
*Take it slow and leave plenty of space.
*Keep your lights on and windows clear.
*Double-check your tires before heading out.

Please stay safe this winter ... Drive smart, stay warm and get home safe.

Freezing rain can quickly turn normal conditions hazardous. When rain hits cold surfaces, it forms a thin layer of ice that can make roads, sidewalks, and cars extremely slippery. It may look harmless, but even a light glaze can cause dangerous travel conditions. With freezing rain in the forecast, give yourself extra time, drive carefully, and stay alert. Stay safe!
