Ok ok, we’re officially INTO the New Year! I am really looking forward to growth & new beginnings here at the studio. Check out January’s offerings (so many new things happening!!) & see what resonates.

🎉 NEW teacher Jackie is teaching a 4 week series this month: Therapeutic Yoga Series on Saturdays 10-11:15 AM!!
-Jan 10: Feet, ankles, knees
-Jan 17: Hips & low back
-Jan 24: The spine
-Jan 31: Neck & shoulders
‼️This series is donation-based. We encourage participants to take all 4, but it is not required! Please bring a sturdy pillow (bolster, couch cushion).
