Located in the Heights, we're a neighborhood optometric practice with Dr. Michelle Hung and associat Mention Facebook to receive 10% off your entire purchase.

Our mission is to provide excellent eye care services by using the latest technology in the services and products currently offered, and our staff is trained in providing exceptional customer service. If that doesn't bring you in, then this will convince you, we don't do the air-puff test! For patients who have difficulty reading after the age of 40, Dr. Woo examines eye health and prescribes lenses which allow the patient to read again. She regularly treats ocular allergies, eye infections, and injuries, particularly foreign body removals. Dr. Woo also diagnoses and treats ocular conditions such as iritis, cataracts, glaucoma, and more. We also carry a wide selection of high quality sunglasses, frames and lenses. On your next visit to Eye to Eye, you may see new notices posted in our parking lot that our landlord has started to charge for parking.

Please note that THE FIRST TWO HOURS of parking are FREE so you will have plenty of time for an eye exam and to order new glasses or contacts. Visitors parked less than two hours don’t even have to register to park.

We are also here to answer your calls and order contact lenses for you

We will space your appointment time to be mindful of social distancing and limited number of people in our office at any given time to avoid a large group and our sanitation protocol will be strongly enforced for your protection.

Our normal standard protocol involves wiping down ALL equipment, imaging/pretesting machines, exam chairs, exam desks, and all other instruments that come into contact with a patient with 100% sterilized alcohol and bleach before and after each patient encounter. We also sanitize surfaces and frames, and keyboards for your safety as well as the safety of our staff.

Contact Lenses / Ocular Product Orders

• We are offering free shipping to your home or curbside pick up and will be happy to help you use your vision plan benefits to the best of our ability.

All Medical Eye Emergencies

• If you are experiencing eye pain, light sensitivity, sudden floaters / flashes, sudden vision loss, red and / or itchy eyes etc., please call our office number during the hours listed above.

Telemedicine Consultation

• Dr. Hung and / or our Associate Doctors are able to provide a telemedicine consultation, call in a prescription if necessary, and determine if an in-office medical assessment is required.

• Due to the fact that many health insurances do not provide coverage for telemedicine health services, an out-of-pocket $50.00 management fee will be collected for each telephone consultation.

In cooperation with Harris County’s Stay-At-Home Order,
Eye to Eye Heights will temporarily close from March 25th through April 3rd, 2020.

The health and safety of our patients, staff and community are our top priority.

To Our Valued Patients,

My heart go out to everyone who has been impacted by the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). During this challenging time, I want you to know that the health and safety of our patients and team members is my top priority.

Eye to Eye will currently remain open during our normal business hours. We are closely monitoring Coronavirus and following the current guidance from the leading government and health authorities to ensure we are taking the right precautionary measures.

• Please know that we have always maintained extremely high standards for safety and cleanliness. In addition to our normal preventative measures, we have implemented additional rigorous, multi-step cleaning and sanitation processes as well.

• We are requesting patients with a fever or symptoms of lower respiratory infection (such as cough or shortness of breath) to please call us to reschedule their appointment.

• We are requesting patients who have traveled to countries affected by the Coronavirus within the last 30 days to please call us to reschedule their appointments.

• We are requesting patients who have had close contact with a person confirmed with COVID-19 infection to please suspend their appointments until April 15th 2020, or further with notice.

• Please limit the number of accompanying visitors to only one unless it is necessary due to your health issues.

• We are requiring any staff members with a fever or symptoms of lower respiratory infection (such as cough or shortness of breath) to stay home for 48 hours after their symptoms have passed. They will be screened for fever before returning to work.

We will remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the American Optometric Association Health Policy Institute.
