Let's do what we can to boost and support our immune system while in this space. This yoga pose is called Fish Pose (Matsyasana)...y'all know I'm all about the support, so I am using yoga blocks to do that. A modification for this is to bend your knees and place both feet flat to your mat (do what is available to you). This pose will boosts your immune system, relieve fatigue, stimulate your spine and lungs. I also utilize an essential oil called "On Guard" (go to "yoursupportadvocate.com" to grab you some). This oil will be a great support for increasing your immune system, purifying the air, uplifting, and energizing you. Stay Safe Everyone!😷

This is worth posting again and here's why. Everything, and I do mean everything we are experiencing right now is much bigger than we can ever understand, and I do believe there is more to come. Deep down, I know we all have been feeling this shift, and we must create space for it and ourselves. There are people struuuugling to cope. I say it again, in addition to reaching out for help, prepare a place of serenity and balance for yourself. THIS IS ESSENTIAL!! Please go to that space everyday to check in with yourself, cry, pray, think, or figure out what you need/want to keep moving forward. We need this so that we can hold each other up and do our part to help heal...

In honor of Mental Health Month, I share my space with you.
Creating space encompasses more than just the physical, all though it is very important to have a place of peace, safety, and comfort. Placing things in your space that inspire and awaken each of your senses, creates opportunity for physical growth.
In this space there is also an opportunity for introspection which supports emotional and mental health journeys. When we care for our own mental health we are empathetic to someone else's need to do so as well.
Creating space also supports one our most important basic needs, and that is Spiritual. It opens us up for love, hope, faith, joy, forgiveness, and gratitude.
