Many of us spend most of our day in our heads, moving quickly from one responsibility to the next. Over time, stress and emotions can build up in the body without us realizing it. Breathwork is one way to slow down, reconnect with the body, and support nervous system regulation.
Join us for the Heart to Heart Breathwork Experience led by Mary Kathryn LeMaster, with a mental health message from Jenn Pinkerton on the power of connection. The evening will include guided breathwork, a sound bath, and journaling prompts designed to help you pause, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
