A – Airway: Clear airway, head-tilt chin-lift
B – Breathing: Look, Listen, Feel (≤10 sec)
C – Circulation: Check pulse, control bleeding
D – Disability: Check consciousness (AVPU)
E – Exposure: Expose patient, prevent hypothermia

❤️ CPR – GOLDEN EXAM FACTS
Adult CPR Ratio: 30 compressions : 2 breaths
Compression rate: 100–120/min
Depth: 5–6 cm (adult)
Location: Center of chest (lower half of sternum)
Stop CPR only when: Help arrives / patient revives / rescuer exhausted

Apply direct pressure
Elevate limb (if no fracture)
