WHICH INSTRUMENT IS CONSIDERED THE WORLD’S OLDEST ONE IN HISTORY?

➡️ DIDGERIDOO of The Aboriginal People of North Australia.

Even though the didgeridoo was played dated back in about 40,000 years ago, archaeological research suggests that the didgeridoo is only about 1,500 - 2,000 years old.

It has:

1. Low frequency vibration.

2. Has healing effect on living tissue, unblock the stagnated energy, and promote movement.

So its use is in to heal joints, muscular and skeletal related pains, bone trauma.

Due to breathelife.org, “The Didgeridoo- Aboriginal Gift of Music and Healing,” healing can occur by just being in the room and [the instrument] is played by listening to recordings.

3. Here we attach a youtube video of Lewis Burns playing Creation Song at Heart&Mind Festival.

Please feel free to close your eyes and listen to this beautiful music!

Please be free to let your body move, if your body loves to do so!

QUICK RECAP ON THE HISTORY OF SOUND THERAPY:

Since ancient time, sound and music has been recognized for its therapeutic value. Greek physicians used flutes, lyres, and zitters to heal their patients. They use vibration to aid in digestion, treat mental disturbance, and induce sleep.

Aristotle (323- 373BCE) in his famous book "De Anima", wrote that flute music could arouse strong emotions and purify the soul.

Pythagoras, the "Father of Music" discovered the harmonic intervals and used specific melodies to treat psychological conditions.

Ancient Egyptians describe chant-like incantations for healing the sick and use a certain kind of instrument that generate an "ultrasound for healing".

In this modern time, being well-known in Sound Field is Dr.Masaru Emoto with his scientific work "Water Consciousness".

Masaru Emoto, a Japanese research scientist, began conducting experiments with water in 1994. He collected water samples from around the world, freezed it and analyzed the crystals under a microscope. He started by studying and comparing water from clean, mountain streams to city tap water.

Water from mountain streams and springs formed beautiful geometric designs in their crystalline patterns, while city water and polluted water formed distorted and damaged crystal structures.

As Emoto furthered his research, he began to make astonishing discoveries as water reacted to words, phrases and music. Water exposed to positive words, music and thoughts formed beautiful crystals. ( from "How Water React to Words and Music" by Laura)

If Water react to Words, Thoughts, Music, imagine your body has mostly water.

THE BIRTH SONG OF THE HIMBA, NAMIBIA

Of all the African tribes still alive today, the Himba tribe is one of the few that counts the birth date of the children not from the day they are born nor conceived but the day the mother decides to have the child.

When a Himba woman decides to have a child, she goes off and sits under a tree, by herself, and she listens until she can hear the song of the child who wants to come. And after she’s heard the song of this child, she comes back to the man who will be the child’s father, and teaches him the song. When they make love to physically conceive the child, they sing the song of the child as a way of inviting the child.

When she becomes pregnant, the mother teaches that child’s song to the midwives and the old women of the village, so that when the child is born, the old women and the people gather around him/her and sing the child’s song to welcome him/her. As the child grows up, the other villagers are taught the child’s song. If the child falls, or gets hurt, someone picks him/her up and sings to him/her his/her song. Or maybe when the child does something wonderful, or goes through the rites of puberty, then as a way of honoring this person, the people of the village sing his or her song.

In the Himba tribe there is one other occasion when the “child song” is sang to the Himba tribesperson. If a Himba tribesman or tribeswoman commits a crime or something that is against the Himba social norms, the villagers call him or her into the center of the village and the community forms a circle around him/her. Then they sing his/her birth song to him/her.

The Himba views correction not as a punishment, but as love and remembrance of identity. For when you recognise your own song, you have no desire or need to do anything that would hurt another.

In marriage, the songs are sung, together. And finally, when the Himba tribesman/tribeswoman is lying in his/her bed, ready to die, all the villagers that know his or her song come and sing – for the last time that person’s song.

TOPIC: ESTIMATED DUE DATE

It's completely normal for pregnant women to feel stressed or anxious about their due date because the due date is an important milestone which mommies can see the baby(ies) the first time after all the weeks. Due date also somehow reflects health of the mommy and the baby(ies). Hence it can bring about a mix of emotions, including excitement, anticipation, and worry talking about Due Date.

If you or someone you know is feeling stressed about the due date, it's essential to seek support.

1. Your healthcare provider, such as an obstetrician, midwife, doula can provide reassurance and valuable information about what to expect during labor and delivery. They can also offer guidance on how to manage stress and anxiety during pregnancy.

2. Connect with other expectant parents through support groups, both online and in person, can provide a sense of community and understanding.

3. Friends and family members can also offer emotional support, so don't hesitate to reach out to your loved ones.

Here, we provide Mommies with some basic info regarding Due Date. Our message to Mommies is: "There is no such thing as EXACT due date. The estimation of 40 weeks is not accurate. So, embrace your own journey. It's yours. It's one and only. It's unique."

Love,
Chloe from The Vibrancy

Nursing time, bonding time, time of protection, of comforting, and so on…… ♥️♥️♥️

“I like using the term “nursing” sometimes instead of “breastfeeding,” because sometimes it’s not about hunger.

Sometimes, it’s about baby wanting to cuddle with you, smell your sweet scent, and cozy up to your warmth.

Sometimes it’s about feeling lonely or scared, and mouth to breast provides connection.

Sometimes it’s about the pain of teething, or needing antibodies to get over a cold.

So remember, you are so much more than a food source - so. much. more."
