🌕✨ For the past seven years I’ve been gathering under the Full Moon, holding space for reflection, release, and renewal. Each ceremony is different, yet the energy is always transformative. When we come together in community, something shifts. Hearts soften. Intentions clarify. Gratitude expands.

This next Full Moon will carry that same magic, a reminder of how powerful it is to pause, breathe, and connect with one another under her light. These moments continue to teach me how healing it is to be witnessed and how beautiful it feels to grow together in sacred rhythm with the moon 🌙🤍

Visiting family in Oregon while walking through a nature trail. I stopped occasionally to embrace my yoga practice, embodying presence and peace in each pose. As I moved intuitively, my little cousin joined in, following my lead with a playful smile. It reminded me of the power of energy—how simply being authentic and in tune with yourself can inspire others to step into their own light.

Our practice was a beautiful dance of connection, trust, and curiosity. when we show up fully as ourselves, we not only nourish our own spirit but also empower those around us to do the same.

As the forest whispers the ancient tales of resilience, here I am, bending not just my body but my boundaries. The Wheel Pose or Chakrasana is more than a backbend; it's an expression of opening up to the world, heart-first ❤️, arms wide 🤗, and soul unguarded.

In the heart of nature, I connect with the earth's grounding energy, drawing strength from its unyielding support. This pose teaches me to trust — in the strength of my limbs, the courage of my heart, and the wisdom of my journey. 🌿💪💫

Honoring our bodies' capabilities, acknowledging our limitations, and embracing the process of growth with patience and compassion. Taking it slow allows us to tune into our inner wisdom, to listen to what our bodies and hearts are telling us, and to move forward with intention and grace. 🌱💖
