Idk who needs to hear this but you don’t need a meal plan to reach your fitness goals.
I say this with love.
You need a basic understanding of nutrition (macros + portioning) and self control/discipline.
If you have your macros (protein, carbs, & fats) calculated, and you’re logging your meals, you WILL reach your weight goals. Gaining or losing.
Pair this with a strategic training plan & YOUR consistency, you WILL reach your physique goals.
Give yourself just 3 months of commitment to YOURSELF. Let go of those old habits and belief systems that got you where you are.
You can always change what you do & believe. Hardest part is allowing it.
