You haven’t met your body goals because weight alone is the wrong metric to measure your progress.

Instead, focus on your body composition and compare progress photos. Your body fat to muscle mass ratio matters more.

The scale can stay the exact same while your body is actually getting smaller.

This is because you can actually lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Muscle takes up less space than fat. This is why you hear “muscle weighs more than fat”. Not exactly, but it is more dense.

Make sure your plan is focused on building muscle not just losing weight.

Idk who needs to hear this but you don’t need a meal plan to reach your fitness goals.

I say this with love.

You need a basic understanding of nutrition (macros + portioning) and self control/discipline.

If you have your macros (protein, carbs, & fats) calculated, and you’re logging your meals, you WILL reach your weight goals. Gaining or losing.

Pair this with a strategic training plan & YOUR consistency, you WILL reach your physique goals.

Give yourself just 3 months of commitment to YOURSELF. Let go of those old habits and belief systems that got you where you are.

You can always change what you do & believe. Hardest part is allowing it.

Let’s talk about the KEY to big results!

You have to get a plan that you TRUST & stick to it. Once you have your key movements, just focus on increasing your weights. Progressive overload.

We flip flop workouts so often because we’re not sure what we’re doing is the best route. Stick to the same movements for at least a month. This is hard to do if you don’t trust the plan you’re following so get a coach!

Working out to feel good is cute but we want results.

Start with heavy compound movements whether your goal is weight loss or weight gain then adjust your nutrition accordingly.

It’s super important that you have a plan you’re sticking to. Winging it will not bring the results you want in the time you’re hoping for or at all.

One thing about me, shorty got vision! I knew this would be the outcome when I took the first photo.

That’s why I didn’t quit.

You must be willing to match the vision with the work. That’s where the “secret” comes in.

We all have dreams. But not all of us are committed to making them come to life.

My advice to you is to stop sleeping on your dreams. Stop sleeping on you.

If you want to make changes in your physique, realize you’ll have to make changes in your life.
