Hey you 👋👀⬇️

You must accept that you might fail; then, if you do your best and still don't win, at least you can be satisfied that you've tried. If you don't accept failure as a possibility, you don't set high goals, you don't branch out, you don't try, you don't take the risk.

I try my best everyday, even though sometimes self-sabotage, doubt, or stress creeps in, I am aware that I'm putting in the effort, the work, the sweat to make things happen for me first.

This may sound egotistical, frankly it might be. But before I start cheering for others success, I will celebrate me first. Why? Because I'm fu***ng AMAZING 👏 and I know my value.

You may wake ⏰ feeling insecure, un-inspired, dreading the day already. That's normal, but what's not normal is undervaluing your capacity to turn things around and make them work to your advantage. Do your best. Whether your best was completing three out for five tasks you had that day, you're still getting s**t done.

Give yourself more love. Stop the habit of beating yourself up. The relationship you have with yourself will either sets you free or keeps you trapped. 💯

Which mindset do you have? 🤔

Answer these questions about intelligence. Decide whether you mostly agree with it or disagree.

- Your intelligence is something very basic about you that you can't change it very much.

- You can learn new things, but you can't really change how intelligent you are.

- No matter how much intelligence you have, you can always change it quite a bit.

- You can always substantially change how intelligent you are.

The first two statements are fixed- mindset, somewhat limited and encased in your comfort zone.

The last two reflect a growth mindset. You have the ability to surpass your own expectations, leading you to be creative and to actively pursue success.

Which one are you? Some people have a little bit of both, but some lead to one or the other.

Personally I have a bit of both. I'm constantly in my head, thinking if I'm ever gonna create the succes that I strive for. I doubt myself often questioning if my abilities are effectively leading me into tha vision or changing people's lives.

I know I have the drive and vision, but is it enough? See where I'm coming from?

We say often "it all comes down to mindset" but are we really working on optimally changing that saying?

I was telling a colleague yesterday that I constantly have to remind myself to take my own advice. I'm not perfect and 100% put together. I struggle with mindset often. However, I do my best to not let it take over, cause then it will start to pile up and eventually break me.

"It all comes down to mindset" Yes it does, but it also comes down to conviction. Do I really believe in the power of changing one's state of mind?

I do! Some of us are constantly switching back and forth from a fixed mindset to one that invites growth. Its not a bad thing.... from my point of view it just means you are developing a new set of skills later in time, cause now is when life starts either to get complicated or unpredictable and you are more aware of your surroundings and how your daily actions today affect your tomorrow.

It's not easy. Nothing is.
