You guys watching Israel ????The Bible says the first time God destroyed the earth by water and he promised to never do that again. (The real meaning of the Rainbow) he went on to say I will destroy it by fire the second time. I won’t even pretend I understand all of the book of Revelation, but I do understand quite plainly that I do wish to spend eternity in Heaven. I have been hearing about the second coming of Christ and the events unfolding since I was a child. The "Mark of the Beast" Artificial Intelligence, microchips, no cash/digital currency, total government dependency/control. When we are raising a family, working long hours, some two jobs, lots of things go unnoticed or just get ignored. No one can comprehend how bad it will be, but we see it happening, bit by bit, on the news everyday. While the devil is preparing people for the Anti Christ, God is preparing people for the Rapture. I don’t know when the rapture will take place but I know that I’m not planning to be left behind when that trumpet sounds! I also believe right now that God is giving us a chance to turn our lives around and live according to His will. We need to get the Gospel message out! Until the good Lord calls me away from this world to go home, I want to make it clear that I believe in Jesus Christ as the one and only true Lord and Savior. Despite the fact that I am human, and I fail a lot, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
This is the best challenge I have seen on Facebook, so if the Holy Spirit moves you and you’re not ashamed, just COPY, and make this your status update.
I’m a believer in God The Father, Jesus The Son, and The Holy Spirit Amen.🙏
Amen!!!!!!

Copied from a friends post 😍
We’re heading into the darkest days of winter - it’s important to self care, even if that’s just getting one thing done in a day.

DEPRESSION TIPS:
Shower. Not a bath, a shower.
Use water as hot or cold as you like. You don’t even need to wash. Just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. Sit on the floor if you gotta.

Moisturize everything.
Use whatever lotion you like.
Unscented? Cheap lotion? Fancy 48 hour lotion that makes you smell like a field of wildflowers? Use whatever you want, and use it all over your entire dermis.

Put on clean, comfortable clothes.
Put on your favorite underwear.
Those ridiculous boxers you bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? Put them on.

Drink cold water.
Use ice. If you want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.

Clean something.
Doesn’t have to be anything big. Organize one drawer of a desk. Wash five dirty dishes. Do a load of laundry. Scrub the bathroom sink.

Blast music.
Listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. Sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.

Make food.
Don’t just grab a granola bar to munch. Take the time and make food. Even if it’s ramen. Add something special to it, like a soft boiled egg or some veggies. Prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something.

Make something.
Write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. Even if you don’t think you’re good at it. Create.

Go outside.
Take a walk. Bundle up if you have too. Listen to whatever birds winter where you are, watch the squirrels, admire whatever lights are in the trees. Go to the letterbox, send a letter, a bill, a card.

Call someone.
Call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. Talk to a stranger on the street. Have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. If you can’t bring yourself to call, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. Even if you don’t say much, listen to them. It helps.

Cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them.
Take pictures of them. Talk to them. Tell them how you feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out, anything.

May seem small or silly to some, but this list keeps people alive.

*** At your absolute best you won’t be good enough for the wrong people. But at your worst, you’ll still be worth it to the right ones. Remember that. Keep holding on.
*** In case nobody has told you today I love you and you are worth your weight and then some in gold, so be kind to yourself and most of all keep pushing on!!!!

Find something to be grateful for!

May I please get 2 friends or family members to copy and re-post? I am trying to demonstrate that someone is always listening.

Just two. Any two.

As we close out 2023 in a few days, I would like to reflect some memorable times. 2023 was my first year of retirement and what a transition that was, and am just getting used to having so much time to myself and my wife. I took this time to begin to start fulfilling some of my bucket list items, and this was an extremely wise choice.

I’ve always taken fairly good care of myself, but as you should know things just begin to break down and you have to fix them. After a few medical procedures to repair things, I am now back onto the road of better health. Without your health, there’s not worth much to live for.

My wife has always been there for me and cannot tell you how much a loving spouse is worth in this life. All in all I am in a very good place, and I don’t think that many people at my age can say that or at least that is my opinion.

I am looking for even more adventure in 2024 and as conservative it may seem to some people I will continue to seek those things in life that bring happiness and joy to my heart. Here’s to the faith I will have, the hope to keep striving for it and the love to enjoy life as it comes to me day after day.

KEEP YOUR EYES ON ISRAEL!!!
The Good book (Bible) says the first time GOD destroyed the earth was by water. And he promised to never do that again (which is the real meaning of the Rainbow). He went on to say I will destroy it by fire the second time. I won’t even pretend I understand all of the book of Revelation, but I do understand quite plainly that I do wish to spend eternity in Heaven. Keep in mind that the rapture comes before the anti christ. I have been hearing about the second coming of CHRIST and the events unfolding, since I was a child. The "Mark of the Beast" Artificial Intelligence, microchips, no cash/digital currency, total government dependency/control. When we are raising a family, working long hours, some two jobs, lots of things go unnoticed or just get ignored. No one can comprehend how bad it will be, but we see it happening, slowly, bit by bit, on the news everyday. While satan is preparing people for the anti Christ, God is preparing people for the Rapture. I don’t know when the rapture will take place but I know that I’m not planning to be left behind when that trumpet sounds! I also believe right now that GOD is giving us a chance to repent. We need to get the Gospel message out! Until the Good Lord calls me away from this world to go home, I want to make it clear that I believe in JESUS CHRIST as the one and only true Lord and Savior. Someone once said when you love someone with dementia you lose them more and more everyday. When they are diagnosed, when they go through different stages, when they go into care and when they die. 😢 This is called “Ambiguous Loss”. ‘Rapidly shrinking brain’ is how doctors described it. I wouldn't wish Dementia on anyone. As the persons brain slowly dies, they change physically and eventually forget who their loved ones are. They can eventually become bedridden, unable to move and unable to eat or drink.
There will be people who will scroll by this message because dementia has not touched them. They may not know what it's like to have a loved one who has fought or is fighting a battle against Dementia.

To raise awareness of this cruel disease, I would appreciate it if my friends could put this on your page for today.

Hold your finger anywhere on the message to copy and paste to your Timeline.💛💛💛

Thank you💕💕💕

For all those that have had friends or family members living with Dementia 😞
😘😘😘⚘⚘⚘💜💜💜
Special Thank you to all willing to post to their timeline. So True!!!
