It was truly an honor to celebrate Commissioner Rodney Ellis at his birthday fundraiser. His leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to our communities continue to make a lasting impact across Harris County.

Commissioner Ellis is more than a public servant, he’s a champion for progress, equity, and opportunity. Being in the room to recognize and support someone who consistently shows up for the people was both inspiring and a reminder of the power of community.

Grateful to be part of an evening that celebrated not just a birthday, but a legacy of service.

It was truly an honor for C&S Cares for Communities to partner with the Veteran’s Administration’s CRRC for such a meaningful and impactful event.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our nation’s heroes by providing free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI, and oxygen level checks, to humanitarian veterans on yesterday. Moments like these remind us why access to care, compassion, and community support matter so deeply.

Thank you to the CRRC team for your commitment to those who have served and for creating a space where real support and connection can happen. We look forward to continuing this important work together and expanding our efforts to reach even more humanitarian veterans in need.

At C&S Cares for Communities, we remain committed to showing up, serving with purpose, and making a lasting impact, one life at a time.

C&S Cares for Communities is honored to serve alongside the community at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church this Sunday.

Join us on April 12, 2026 at 10:30 AM at 7817 Calhoun Rd, Houston, TX 77033 as we continue our mission of bringing essential resources directly to the people.

We will be providing free health screenings to help you stay informed and proactive about your well-being, along with valuable information on trusts and wills, because protecting your health and your legacy go hand in hand.

This is about making sure families are equipped, prepared, and positioned for the future.

If you or someone you know needs access to these resources, we encourage you to come out. Let’s take a step together toward stronger, healthier, and more secure communities.

Every resource you receive is an opportunity to plant a seed for generational wealth. When you’re intentional and trust God with your decisions, even something like a tax return can be the beginning of something bigger than you. Don’t spend it quickly, plant it, grow it, and let it build a future that lasts.

It was an honor for C&S Cares for Communities to partner with Brandon Cofield, Harris County Public Probate Administrator, as we came together to serve our community through education and empowerment.

During this session, we shared critical information on how families can protect their assets and preserve their legacy, with a strong focus on the importance of trusts and wills. These are not just legal tools—they are essential steps toward securing generational stability and peace of mind.

We believe that when people are informed, they are empowered to make decisions that impact their families for years to come.

At the heart of our work is education, outreach, and a daily commitment to protecting the people of Harris County. Through strong partnerships like this, we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

Stay connected with us to learn more about how we serve, support, and stand with our community.

C&S Cares for Communities Inc. extends our heartfelt gratitude to City of Hope, Pastor Darick Rutley, and Lady Stephanie Rutley for hosting an incredible Family and Friends Day this past Sunday.
It was truly a powerful day of connection, care, and community impact.

We were honored to serve alongside you by providing free health screenings, including:
- Blood Pressure
- Blood Sugar
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Oxygen Level Checks

In addition, we had the opportunity to equip families with trust and will resources, helping them take meaningful steps toward protecting their assets and securing their legacy for future generations.

What stood out most was the intentional outreach to young people, creating spaces for education, empowerment, and growth. City of Hope continues to set a standard for what true community engagement looks like.

C&S Cares for Communities is proud to have served as both a sponsor and partner in such a meaningful event.
Together, we are building healthier families, stronger communities, and lasting legacies.
