Bumps, scrapes and booboos! Basic first aid: wash with soapy water, let it dry, thin film of vaseline with bandaid, then ICE for 15min. Repeat ice pack every couple of hours. Putting that cold compress will help with swelling and pain so much for the next 48 hours. So happy to find these little froggy cold packs to keep in the freezer!
