Was not feeling it this morning…

Woke up late,
was fasting for 14+ hrs,
didn’t carb up yesterday,
felt sluggish
and forgot to start my run tracker almost half a mile in 😓

But I did do a better job pacing myself this time and was able to run more miles.

I’ll be running the Houston Half on October 29th if anyone would like to join or just come out to show some love.
