Interesting Discussion Question with no right/wrong answer......

What would you want if diagnosed with terminal condition:
- message of hope for a treatment that might be a long-shot,
- upfront truth-telling of life expectancy that would certainly be difficult to hear, or
- both - with the option to choose your own path?
