We have made it easier for admins to send reminder emails to your caregivers. Some carriers might block the text but they will receive an email with their login credentials and assignments.


As a reminder, your caregivers receive email and text messages:

1. When you add them into the system
2. When you make an assignment for them
3. When they have been inactive for 2 and 5 days with an active assignment
4. Once weekly if they are not active for more than one week

2. Notifications in Admin Portal:
You can now click on new completion notifications to open the earned certificate immediately.
"See all Notifications" now opens a list of all notifications to date and each entry is clickable, bringing you to the Certificates Tab.
