Chicken Gyro Bowl:
If you love Shawarma...you have try homemade. DIY and be amazed. I promise you cannot regret it. I love this recipe. If you have the time on your hands, feel free to marinate for 6 hours-overnight. So yummy. I did a quick marinade. Super filling for dinner, and lunch. Sometimes the simplest ingredients can create the greatest plate. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:
-1 pasture-raised chicken breast
-½ cup cherry tomatoes
-1 cup shredded lettuce, fresh
-1 ½ cup basmati turmeric rice
-organic cucumber, fresh
-¼ cup sheep feta
-4 tbsp tzatziki
-sliced lemon, fresh
Shawarma Marinade:
-¼ cup olive oil
-1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
-¾ tsp ground cinnamon
-¾ tsp minced ginger
-¾ tsp dried oregano
-1 ½ tsp cumin
-¼ tsp cayenne pepper
-lemon, juice of
-salt and ground pepper
-2 tbsp Wholesome Yum Keto Honey
