March is here and so is Salty Crunch chocolate. And per your many requests, we have brought back the Simply Salt as one of our rotating signature flavors.

All of our chocolate barks at Butterfly Cacao are sweetened with local honey from and are gluten and dairy free. We take great pride in our chocolate treats and can’t wait to share them with you.

Get yourself a Chocolate Variety Box for yourself, a pal or any other special human that you love or care about! We will have these available at our Friday pop-up at Mercato and Co. and at Urban Harvest this Saturday. LIMITED supply, so get there early. The 6 oz variety box features all of our chocolate flavors, including one exclusive to the box, strawberry bliss. If you’re looking to secure your box we can accommodate a limited amount of pre-orders, just send us a dm. Box is $30. We will also have our 4oz single flavor bags available.

Come learn about the benefits of cacao for your body, mind and spirit! This weekend (Jan 17, 2026) from 9:30-10 am. There will be time for questions to follow!

I know everyone is hearing about the benefits of magnesium and it’s true, our body needs this vital mineral for blood sugar control, muscle and nerve health, relaxation and more! Most people are deficient because our soil is depleted and high quality cacao is a great source for magnesium.

It’s more than just the body, it’s also about our mind and our spirit and the care we give to our entire system. It’s about the way we live our lives, build healthy habits and rituals and create community.

Many of you have asked and we have listened so we will be at Urban Harvest this weekend and it will be the final weekend for our gluten-free s’mores.

We love teaching about cacao and chocolate! Send us a DM and let us help curate a chocolate experience for you! We can cater to children or adults. This is a great way to beat the heat and have an interesting and new educational experience.

What’re you doing this weekend? If you’re coming by this weekend stop by our booth to sample a fresh cacao bean. We will open a cacao pod to give you the full experience. And if you’re looking for an extra hydrating and refreshing drink you can try the Cacao Hydrate which uses the white pulp inside the pod. Our cacao beverages will also be available (hot, cold and over ice!).

Cacao is high in magnesium and offers an alternative to coffee that keeps you feeling grounded and open.

What are your summer plans? Heading off to a tropical beach or hitting the trails? Our newest summer feature has arrived and we can’t wait for you to try it and to stay hydrated in the meantime with Cacao Hydrate.

We use cacao pulp in this beverage and surprisingly, it tastes nothing like chocolate. Come try it for yourself at Urban Harvest and tell us what you think. Served with local mint and lime juice over ice, it’s sure to quench your thirst and give you so many minerals at the same time.

Did you know that more than 50% of cacao pulp goes to waste? It sure does, sadly. What if we utilized all parts of the plant instead of just using that one luxurious part and throwing the rest away? Stop by our booth this weekend and we will have a fresh cacao pod cut and open for your viewing.
