Hello everyone,

Harris county has mandated everyone to wear mask or you will be fine. Please continue to do the following to reduce the spread of infection.

REMINDER:
1. Screen patients before visits & document it.
2. Report any COVID19 signs immediately to supervisor.
3. Check your own temperature daily and record on a log. Along with client and household members checking there own prior to entering
4. PROTECT YOURSELF. Wear masks and gloves at all time. If you're seeing multiple clients, please replace mask w new one for each individual patient.
5. Use strict Infection Control Precautions with all patients & contacts.
6. Take minimal equipment in patient's home and sanitize between use. **Preferably select item in disposable ziploc bag.

Wash hands frequently.
