At Namaste Nourished LLC, nourishing our community is at the heart of what we do. ❤️

We’re excited to announce a community food donation drive to support individuals and families in need during these challenging times.

All donated items will be thoughtfully distributed to food banks across Atlanta to ensure they reach the households who need them most.

🌿 We’re so grateful to be opening our doors to support our Atlanta community in a meaningful way. Every item donated makes a difference — one meal, one act of kindness, and one community at a time.

We gathered with + Laureate Eating Disorders Program (Tulsa, OK) for a networking + flower arranging workshop right here in Dunwoody 🌿💐

💜 A truly unique experience where we got to:
🌷 Build our own “dark & moody” bouquets (JJ’s style!)
🫶 Connect with colleagues + community
📖 Learn about Laureate’s incredible program

A few highlights from their care model that stood out to us:
💡 Clients stay with the same therapist, dietitian & psychiatrist across levels of care — true continuity + trust.
🍽️ Staff share meals with clients to support food normalization + recovery.
👩‍👧 Separate programming for adolescent girls + adult women, meeting each where they are.

What an incredible day with and our sponsor The Meadows 💙✨

We kicked things off with a networking brunch 🥐☕ — filled with conversation, connection, and community. Nothing like gathering with fellow professionals who share the same passion for helping others heal. 🤝💬

Then came our CEU presentation 🎓📚: Healing the Hungry Heart — Uncovering Trauma’s Relationship to Eating Disorders and Chronic Pain. Such a powerful, thought-provoking session that left us all with tools and deeper insight to carry back into our work. 💡💪

We had the privilege of learning from the amazing Jenni Schaefer ✨ — bestselling author of Life Without Ed, Goodbye Ed, Hello Me, and Almost Anorexic. She even signed my copy of Life Without Ed with the sweetest message — such a full-circle moment! 🖊️📖💙

We also heard from powerhouse clinicians:

So grateful my amazing bridesmaids and my MOH love you all so much, and so glad for those that could be there to celebrate! 💕✨

Huge thanks to rooftop bar for hosting us—such a fun spot for our rehearsal dinner! Between the sweeping rooftop views of the Atlanta skyline, the lively atmosphere, and the most incredible spread of food, it was the perfect kickoff to wedding weekend. 🌇✨ Nothing beats celebrating love with cocktails in hand while watching the city lights glow. 🥂

Had the most fantastic time at Culinary Dropout with Kelly Kelly from Koru Springs Treatment Center. The food, the drinks, and—most importantly—the connection—made this such a meaningful evening. 🌮🍹
