🌿 Mindfulness – Slow down and bring your awareness to the present moment. Even a few minutes of intentional awareness can calm your nervous system and reduce stress.

🌬️ Breathing Techniques – Deep, regulated breathing helps signal safety to your brain and body. Try inhaling for 4, holding for 4, and exhaling for 6 to reset your system.

💬 Positive Affirmations – The way you speak to yourself matters. Replace self-criticism with compassionate, empowering statements.

The way you speak to yourself matters more than you think. Your internal dialogue can either fuel anxiety and self-doubt — or support healing and growth.

Here’s how to start using affirmations effectively:

🔎 1. Identify Negative Self-Talk
Awareness is the first step. Notice the automatic thoughts that show up during stress. Are they critical? Catastrophic? Self-defeating?

✍️ 2. Create Positive Affirmations
Develop affirmations that directly challenge those negative thoughts.
Instead of “I always mess things up,” try:
➡️ “I am capable of learning and growing from my experiences.”

🔁 3. Repeat & Internalize
