Ok i thought i would share some recovery jewels with you guys. It seemed to really help alot of the ladies in the past. Here we go.
#1 How ever much water you are drinking - triple it. If you can choke down 2 liters a day that is suggested.
#2 mental mind over matter. YOU ARE NOT SICK- u are stiff and sore so laying in bed all day is really detrimental to your progress. After the first 2-3 days you should be as moving around pretty good. Laying in bed makes you more stiff and more sore so try to start laying down less then 30-40% of your waking hours.
3 # if you are not in pain do not keep taking narcotics - they make u feel like a slug, make u sick to your stomach and all you are doing is just getting high. There is a huge difference between stiff/sore/pain. Narcotics do nothing for stiff and sore. Tylenol is just as effective with out the side effects. I already stated and will scream it loud.. have cbd products on hand its the best thing on the market for aches pain, swelling, stress, insomnia, and there are no side effects!
4. eat light and right - no salty foods - and high protein. Your body needs energy to heal.
5. Get up - take off your pajamas and bonnets , slap on some lip gloss - fix ur hair and put on something cute and u will instantly feel better. You dont have to look like a patient - start feelin ur sexy ladies... embrace it and thug out the rough patches. Just know it gets better every day. 🙂
