I read through the comments yesterday…

and almost every pediatric SLP said the same thing:

they’re posting

but not getting consistent inquiries

And honestly?

I’m not surprised.

Because most SLPs are creating content that:
• sounds good
• looks good
• is helpful

…but doesn’t actually make someone reach out

Not because social media “doesn’t work”

But because the messaging isn’t building trust fast enough

And when that’s missing?

You stay stuck in the cycle of:
posting → waiting → hearing nothing

over and over again

Be honest…

are you getting consistent inquiries from your content right now?

Because parents aren’t comparing credentials…
they’re choosing who they recognize.

And if your content isn’t doing that yet—
you’ll keep posting without results.

That’s not a consistency problem.

Most pediatric SLPs don’t have a marketing problem…

They have a visibility problem.

They’re amazing at what they do.
They get great results.
They care deeply about their clients.

But online?

They’re barely being seen.

Not because they’re doing anything wrong…

But because their content isn’t stopping the scroll.

And if your content isn’t getting attention…
It’s not turning into trust.
And it’s not turning into referrals.

The SLPs who grow the fastest aren’t the best clinicians.

They’re the ones who are the most visible.

Progress can be:

They matter more than you think.

I’ve had multiple pediatric SLPs message me this week saying:

“I’m posting consistently… but not getting inquiries.”

And every time I look at their content, the issue is the same.

It’s not posting.

It’s messaging.

Because if your content doesn’t:
• build trust quickly
• make parents feel understood
• position you as the obvious choice

People won’t reach out.

Even if you’re showing up every day.

That’s why some SLPs post constantly…
and still hear nothing.
