Join us for a soothing guided meditation designed specifically for fertility support. Through Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) — a simple, evidence-based practice — you'll be gently guided to release tension, settle your mind, and create space for calming your nervous system and combatting the impact of stress.
This class is for you if you’re looking to:

No experience needed. Just a quiet space, a comfy seat or mat, and an open heart. You can even come in PJs in your bed, and stay in that zen place and go to sleep for the night.
