Let's get started off right with Modality Monday and set our intention for the week! This Monday's statement comes from Transforming Unconscious Patterns with Resonance Repatterning:
"I accept support from the Universe to help me integrate my new and positive way of being."
The modality to go with this is hip movement. Moving our hips encourages our energy to flow freely not only in our hips but all the way from our shoulders down to our feet! Stand with feet shoulder width apart and begin to free up your pelvis by bending your knees and moving your hips in a U shape towards the back and then in the front. You can also transition to doing circles with your hips, going clockwise first and then counterclockwise. You can move into doing the hula, keeping your upper body still while doing complete circles like the Hawaiian hula.
So say your intention OUTLOUD, put on some music, shake those hips, and feel the support of the Universe for our new and positive way of being all week long!
